Donations in kind
SPLY supported the municipal ball in Chýně by donating fashion accessories for the raffle. The town itself recorded this support in its official newsletter, which reports on the ball after it took place and names SPLY among the donors. This activity supports community life and puts the company’s products to use in support of a cultural event.
Public evidence
Chýně municipal newsletter, issue 2/2026, page 6, published on 24 April 2026. The relevant page was visually verified when the supporting documentation was prepared. The applicant’s additional related non-public evidence consists of operational records and correspondence concerning the dispatch of the donation.
Developing employees’ digital skills
In November 2025, SPLY organised practical training in artificial intelligence and automation with Gaude Digital s.r.o. and the Napojeno brand. The programme was contractually agreed to comprise 32 hours. The schedule signed by both parties specifies in-person training on 5, 6, 12 and 13 November 2025 at Novoměstská 960 in Chrudim.
Public evidence
Agreement No. 361629/25/E with the Labour Office of the Czech Republic (Úřad práce ČR) of 29 October 2025 for the Artificial Intelligence and Automation programme. This document confirms the training content and contractual arrangements, the training provider, the duration of 32 hours and a maximum of three employees receiving support. The de minimis aid notification of 24 February 2026 provides additional documentation of the legal granting of the aid.
The actual delivery of the training is also supported by a contemporaneous internal report dated 18 November 2025 on the practical training completed with Miroslav Hoza, and photographs of a working session at SPLY’s office. A previously indexed reference on the Napojeno website mentions a four-day course for SPLY. Following the website’s redesign, however, it is uncertain whether this content is currently visible to the evaluator; the Czech Register of Contracts (registr smluv) is therefore cited as the primary stable public link. The contemporaneous internal report does not, by itself, prove publication on LinkedIn.
Connection to the project
Developing digital skills helps employees safely use and oversee the new interconnected processes for inventory and partner cases. Learning, user understanding and human approval are essential to the practical use of the system. The past costs of this course are not included in the budget for the new grant.
Work–life balance
At its Chrudim office, SPLY allows flexible attendance arrangements and working from home within defined limits, while maintaining the agreed working hours and operational coverage. The company was already offering this option publicly during recruitment in 2024. Internal rules for 2026 describe flexible arrival and departure times, arrangements for time off in lieu, and working from home for three days per month.
Public evidence
SPLY’s recruitment advertisement of 22 August 2024 for its Chrudim office explicitly states the option of flexible working hours and of full-time or part-time employment. The advertisement is historical and no longer active, but remains publicly readable.
Specific work records from March, August, October and December 2025 document actual use of working from home. The internal rules in the “Denní reporty” (Daily Reports) task were last updated on 31 December 2025 and explicitly apply to 2026. They are not a newly created policy retrospectively presented as earlier evidence. The applicant can provide appropriately anonymised operational documentation for verification.
Connection to the project
The interconnected processes are intended to enable employees to cover for one another, share case status, and work with documented tasks and decisions without depending on any single person’s presence in the office. Access is governed by roles and responsibilities; involving an employee remotely does not automatically entail moving grant-funded hardware away from the approved project implementation site.
Electric company logistics
SPLY uses a Toyota Proace Electric van for transport between its warehouse and its clients’ warehouses. The company explicitly described this actual activity in its own public post about expanding its fleet with a Renault Master E-Tech. For the Renault, the text confirms that the vehicle has been received; journeys throughout the Czech Republic are still at the planning stage. These planned journeys are not presented as evidence of operations that have already taken place.
Public evidence
SPLY’s post “The new addition to SPLY’s fleet has arrived”, verified on 11 September 2026, with visibility set to “Anyone” (Czech interface: Globální). The interface displayed an age of “5 months”. The exact publication date was not made available; the date of the internal draft is not used in its place.
The acquisition of the Renault is further supported by a public agreement with the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (SZIF) of 26 November 2025 and inspection report No. 0100212893, reference No. SZIF/2026/0407512. A physical inspection in Chrudim on 6 May 2026 verified the vehicle, its identification and registration, and fulfilment of the intended purpose, with no deficiencies found within the scope of the inspection. The report is internal evidence of implementation; the agreement alone does not prove operation of the vehicle.
Connection to the project
The new warehousing and delivery process will build on this by recording goods issued, recipients, the circulation of samples and the actual handover of products. This connection does not involve purchasing a new vehicle or an additional fleet management module from the current project’s budget. The Local Action Group (MAS) will decide whether the practice described is recognised as a separate activity.
